Installing pulumi extensions in vs code throws signature verification failed

Thanks for reporting this. Looks like we may need to update the windows build for this plugin to sign the binaries

This just failed for me on macOS as well.

@jkodroff @mjeffryes Same thing for me inside a Linux dev container (mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/typescript-node:1-22-bookworm). I can get them installed if I disable signature verification.

Works as expected on Windows 11, though.

Hi, I have the same issue, and it's because the extension is trying to install another unsigned extension, that I believe it's pretty abandoned:
