Decrypting an ESC environment doesn't work

What happened?

I press the decrypt button on an ESC environment but get a tab called decrypt where the secrets are still encrypted.

P.S. I would also expect to be able to save changes to the decrypted environment to be able to modify secrets via the VS Code extension.

Example

Just press decypt on a Pulumi ESC env in the VS Code plugin.
