feature: crd2pulumi now supports fetching from URL

Remote URL support [was added](https://github.com/pulumi/crd2pulumi/commit/1edd3d22e3ac01ebf36ee577932261436460816e) in https://github.com/pulumi/crd2pulumi/releases/tag/v1.1.0

We could simplify [the action](https://github.com/pulumiverse/kubernetes-sdks/blob/9b049d788850f7fbc015905244cb1f668d5a26de/.github/workflows/build_sdks.yaml#L55-L56) slightly by fetching from the remote URL directly.
