Description
We need to refactor the Jade so it uses e.g. mixins, has a separate lib directory, etc. However this needs to happen on a branch that includes the Express 3 changes, as the merge conflicts will be hell otherwise.
Since we consider non-trivial template changes to be breaking, this needs to go in before 2.0.0.
