Create warning when building the model if a patch is empty #115
Description
As mentioned in #93 , the model gets zeroed out or set to NaNs so that when it is applied it produces blank regions of the corrected image.
- Warn a user who creates a model if insufficient stars were available in a region.
- Warn a user who uses a model with insufficient stars that a region will be blank
