Clight | A program to automatically adjust monitor brightness

I found a great program named Clight, which auto adjusts monitor brightness according to surroundings.

I thought that you programmers might need to take care of your eyes, so I post this 😀.

I tried installing it in self built Jammy64. Had to install many different programs (jammy64 now provides apt for installation!). The apps needed to be built from source were:-

• libmodule
• Clight
• Clightd
• clight-gui

All these apps (except for last one) are developed by the same developer (links are provided in Clight installation page). Then add clight-gui to startup apps and restart.

Next boot, you'll see that the brightness is automatically controlled!

It is a great application according to me, but maybe not needed in Puppys by default; so maybe no need for adding as a petbuild, as it requires some tedious efforts to build it (installing programs and so on). Just wanted to recommend you all this great app, to keep your eyes protected while making any contribution to woof-CE!
