Package "logging" is not available

purescript-logging is not available, yet it is in the current package set.

It may no longer be available on GitHub, but we still have copies of the source so it is still installable with Spago:
https://packages.registry.purescript.org/logging/3.0.0.tar.gz

That said, it’s a very old package and most likely it will be dropped if we require that packages compile with at least the 0.13.x compiler going forward.
