[BUG]:V3.89.1，连接wsl仓库加载目录时间长，修改内容

Describe the bug

设置wsl仓库，首次加载或从其他仓库切换回来后，加载时间很长，超过5分钟

编辑wsl里的md文件，无法及时更新，特别是插入图片时，很长时间页面没有反应。

Roaming目录下的log没有相关提示
