Parameters for fabricators

We use multiple fabricators for testing in cryptopus. Since the recrypt, we have multiple credentials-fabricators, which can be summarized in one. So create a parameter to the fabricator and difference between the options:

• If you pass true, all attributes should be set
• If you pass false, no attributes should be set

Optional

• If you pass nil, 2 attributes should be set
