Baseline does not get autocompleted

Describe the bug
When creating a new key result, if the target and stretch goal get filled out, the baseline is not autocompleted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new metric key result
2. Add a target value
3. Add a stretch goal value
4. Watch as nothing happens
