Should the Code of Conduct be updated? (v1.4 to v3.0) #2619

I have the bad habit of writing wall of texts, as you already know. I'd like to be more concise by having numbered lists of items to link to in the Code of Conduct.
Current version is v1.4
Latest version is v3.0

Not to update it and bear with it (who knows for how long?!).

Since it has new clauses, I think it deserves both discussion and ensuring all the team agrees on it. Deferring to a bi-monthly meeting is encouraged. Prior discussion on specifics can be done here. Feel free to weight in.
