Smaller app-specific rule files

Solaar are able to dispatch rules on running apps through ''Process'' and ''MouseProcess'', but it is difficult to support a large number of different apps within a huge common rule file. It would be better to merge some subset of smaller rule files given the actual running or available applications.

I guess what I would like is something like the marketplace plugins for MX Creator. One possible way to enable a rule set is from a desktop file, but that leaves out adaptations for apps started from the command line.

You should be able to create a rule to group program-specific rules using several sub-rules.

The big problem with app-specific rules is that Wayland, the new default for Ubuntu etc., does not support retrieval of the currently active application. That massive fail from Wayland is a huge deal breaker to make this feature easier to use and better integrated.

Today I am not aware of any workaround or additional tool, that provides that information. This is a big disappointment for apps like Solaar.
