ENH: Add command to extract image from specific page(s)

Please explain your intent
I want to be able to extract specific image(s) from a pdf. The current extract-images option extracts all the images.

In the same extract-images command, an argument with --from and --end could specify the range.

This could also applies to the extract-annotated-pages & extract-text subcommands.

We could simply allow for page ranges to be provided, similarly to the cat & rm subcommands.
