Create contact page

It would be good to have a contact page for the different purposes of contacting us.

• refer to team page if you like to contact individuals.
• give an email to contact - same as on github
• refer to repository .github for discussions if you like to discuss ideas, join or move a project
• contact form is not needed
• list mastodon handle once Add social media feed #35 is resolved.

list as usual in the bottom of the page
