Make dependency on click optional

Yes. That sounds good actually.

Those things need doing:

• make it optional in the setup.py file (use the cli dependency group)
• increase the version number to the next major version
• document that for the command line interface to work, one needs to install pip install x-wr-timezone[cli]

If you feel up for it, please give it a go. I will review, suggest and in the end release the new version.

Thanks, I've decided to use ical package instead of icalendar. Not for this reason :)

I opened a PR for this here: #39

Summary: the PR moves click out of the base install into the cli extra, bumps the package to the next major version, and documents pip install x-wr-timezone[cli] for command-line usage.

Verification: full pytest suite passed locally (162 passed, 188 skipped) plus a clean no-CLI install smoke where importing x_wr_timezone worked without click installed.
