Show whether a span has attributes in the UI #1617

Description
When writing logs, sometimes we put valuable information as attributes for a span. If you're not familiar with how those logs were written while reviewing in the dashboard UI, you wouldn't know a span has attributes without looking. It would be nice to have a small indicator someone in the span, to indicate "I have extra attributes"
