Missing traces from Playwright tests in CI.yml

While working on #2119 and trying to figure out why the (windows-latest, 3.19) job was failing, I realized that the failed workflow run for that job did not upload a Playwright trace to GitHub.

Playwright traces were added to CI for failed accessibility tests. They need to be added for the other Playwright tests.
