request: adding package to conda-forge

Is there a license for this project? I believe it is required by conda-forge to have one.

Yes, it's MIT license (see the top-level license.txt and the entry in the pyproject.toml).

looks like theres many variants in the pypi index: https://pypi.org/project/pyjpegls/#files

will look into building variants for the extra platforms
