Add function for time interval specific decay time

## Time interval specific decay time
The function takes an EDC as input and performs linear regression within a time interval, defined by two limits. 

With this function early mid decay time ($EMDT$) can be calculated via linear regression on the time interval $20ms$ to $130ms$.
