[ENH] Implement equivalent absorption area calculation #97

Problem
It would be very nice to have a function which can be used to calculate the equivalent absorption area of a room. This is related to the feature request #84 and #85, which could make use of this functionality.
A suitable place would be the pyrato.parametric submodule.
