Website Not Accessible / Unable to Reach PyG Official Site

Description

I am currently unable to access the official PyTorch Geometric (PyG) website. The page fails to load or is unreachable from my network.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a browser
2. Navigate to: https://pyg.org
3. Observe that the website does not load / times out (ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED)

Expected Behavior

The website should load normally and display the documentation.

Actual Behavior

The website is not accessible.

Additional Context

• I have tried:
  • Different browsers
  • Different networks (if applicable)
  • Clearing cache / DNS

Question

Is the website currently down, or could this be a regional/network-related issue? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm facing the same issue. I'm trying to install torch-cluster and I'm currently getting this error message:

TROUBLESHOOTING TIP:
Your core PyG works, but your METIS/clustering extensions are missing.
Fix this by installing the missing binary binaries via pip:
pip install torch-cluster -f https://pyg.org

I have METIS working but when I head over to pyg.org, I'm getting ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
Pinging the domain gives me the IP address but 100% packet loss.

Using different networks gives me a HTTP 504 error.

I'm not too sure what exactly might be the issue but this is what my logs give me.

I believe the website is down as an uptime checker also gave similar results.

You need to use a different URL:

pip install torch-cluster -f https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-2.11.0+${CUDA}.html

I'm running on ROCm and it didn't work, pyg-lib-rocm and related were installed and working but the error message said the pyg-lib.so could not be loaded. For the moment I will use my backup Nvidia device but I will let you know better about the ROCm situation as well.
