Future of pygame.MULTIGESTURE?

SDL_MULTIGESTURE will be moved to the SDL_gesture and will no longer exist in SDL3.
I searched through github and found few people use this event.
So I think it's ok to deprecate pygame.MULTIGESTURE and remove it in pygame3 (?

I've read that they will make a header file available to emulate the old events, so we might as well bundle that in our source and have those events through that, if it's easy.
