Clean up fake accounts

User story

As organizer I only want legitimate users to be registered for pygraz.org in order to have a small and manageable user base in the application.

Background

Currently there are about 5500 registered users, most of which are obviously fake.

Some ideas on how to detect them:

• Akward domain names like hotmail.com
• Have not logged in the past X years
• Have no referenced talk etc
• Are not part of an allowlist of known people
• Have been created after date X (X being the date of the oldest known fake users)

Goals

• A set of criteria to detect fake users is defined.
• User matching these criteria are removed from the database.
