New Business

• Update to website redesign (Smera)
  • color palettes and mock ups
  • wants to get feedback first before opening it up to the community
  • move current color as an accent color
  • find ways to incorporate the red/magenta color a bit more
  • add Geek somewhere(s)
  • 💯 for gradient
  • Smera's AI: choosing typography/fonts, wireframes, better mockup to reflect the intended versions
  • AI: still need to agree on general sections we want in the website; what definitely needs to be on the landing page
  • AI: provide information architecture
    • list everything, then make flow charts (e.g. lucid charts); give it a form of hierarchy
• PyLadies Seoul wants to sell stickers
  • active chapter definition
  • PSF can setup their own donation page
  • AI: Update docs about active chapter - that folks can accept donations, request reimbursements, asking for grants only if they are active
    • PSF requirement of 2 meetings/year (meetup, workshop, sprint, virtual, IRL, etc)
    • at least 2 organizers contact-able & verifiable (pyladies definition)
• Do we have any follow up steps after our call w/Shauna?
  • what are our feelings w/r/t what type of engagement we want from her
    • full facilitation; or very scoped (initial auditing, and ask for concrete feedback); or something in between (we do the legwork, and she helps with soliciting feedback)
    • want to use her to help facilitate convo with the community
    • the more help, the better!
  • once price and deliverables (can set e.g. a 3-month period or a set of deliverables, we can add on later)
    • Phyllis can sort out contract
