- Grant request from Denny re: PyLadies event in Chile - @econchick
- missing actual $ amount requested
- estimate # of large pizzas for 60 ppl: 20-25 pizzas
- estimate $ (in US) for a large pizza: $20
- estimate cost $400-500 (US)
- haven't yet sorted out our funding process; a part of us figuring out our governance model
- PSF guidelines: $15/pp/per day for event sponsor; this pizza request would be 70% of the entire budget

- @JUpani won't be able to attend :(
- We need to post about the Outstanding PyLady Award nominations since they "close" at the end of the year for the 2025 awards @ PyCon US
- @MmeMarieLouise to post a bunch thru the end of the year

- Shauna's proposal re: governance help - @econchick
- let's start small, e.g. 10-16 hr contract
- setup another session to dig into what deliverables there could be, to better understand
- "what could be accomplished in X amount of time?"
- How can brand new & revived chapters get meetup support if they have to prove they have had the required number of events? - @econchick

I started taking it over but the pyladies wont pay to reinstate unless i have a few meetups first but meetup makes me pay in order to reinstate
