Once a volunteer has been approved and assigned, automate some process:

• Automatically share PyLadiesCon GDrive access
• Automatically add them to Discord with Volunteer role
• Automatically add them to Recurring Meeting Calendars

Details

GDrive Access

• Automatically share GDrive the main email address of the account
• If primary email address is changed, also update their GDrive permissions

Discord Access

• Use the Discord info on their profile
• Automatically grant the Volunteer role (which will give them access to Volunteer channel)

Meeting calendars

• Automatically add team leads to the meeting calendars
• Adjust meeting calendar invitation if their email address changed
