1、是否考虑支持实现一个动态控制接口，可以实现动态化的配置修改？如动态增加 #ipset /domain/[ipset|-] 等配置。
该功能主要是可以配合实现WEB界面，动态将某一个域名加入IPSET，实现动态的策略路由功能
