Plain text storage needs rewriting

The plain text storage needs to be rewritten so that it:

• stores XML
• loads arbitrary components based on URLs

It is currently written using to store waves in a more complicated format to process.

This storage, by the way, is only intended for debugging and other methods of data stores would be appreciated as well.
