hatch run environment detail

When you type hatch run you are presented with the following help/usage message:

Usage: hatch run [OPTIONS] ARGS...

I think it would help clarify the user interface a bit if we could rewrite it as follows:

Usage: hatch run [OPTIONS] [ENV:]ARGS...

This reinforces the concept of the hatch isolated environments even more and is a good reminder of how the syntax can be. Not everyone reads the documentation as deeply as they should, heck, I know I wasted some 30-60 minutes on some of this. :)
Unsure whether ENV or ENVIRONMENT makes more sense here. I have not used click before, otherwise I would have suggested it via a PR. But at the moment I have no idea if and how feasible this is with click.
