Generate coverage.xml after hatch test -c

Hey folks,

I'm trying to replicate the following: (which is pretty old by now)

[tool.hatch.envs.test.scripts]
test = "pytest -n auto {args:tests}"
test-cov = "coverage run -m pytest -n auto {args:tests}"
cov-report = [
    "- coverage combine",
    "coverage report --show-missing",
    "coverage xml",
]
cov = ["test-cov", "cov-report"]

But I've realized that I can get super close without specifying any of this with hatch test --cover. The issue is that I'd like to additionally run coverage xml so that an .xml file is generated. Is there a way I can pass this extra coverage call to the defaults?

A really easy solution is for the user to be allowed to run something like hatch run -e hatch-test coverage xml since the dependency is already there! I have to install it separately 😢

I've checked the docs for about an hour now and I can't find a way to do this. I'm hesitant to use the custom scripts approach because then I will not be receiving any updates from upstream if any of these are updated.
