Include everything inside a certain directory ...

I'm looking to distribute my python library with some .c code ... I am setting up in my pyproject.toml as:

[tool.hatch]
packages = [{ include = "<MY_LIBRARY>", root = "src" }]

[tool.hatch.build.targets.wheel]
include = ["sdk/**/*"]

[tool.hatch.build.targets.sdist]
include = ["sdk/**/*"]

Where I am looking include everything in the sdk directory.

This seems to be working:

But my bundle and wheel seem to be missing all of the python files ...

Is this expected, or have I done something wrong?
