Possible to configure default [project.urls] values?

By default [project.urls] is set as follows:

Documentation = "https://github.com/unknown/hatch-demo#readme"
Issues = "https://github.com/unknown/hatch-demo/issues"
Source = "https://github.com/unknown/hatch-demo"

Is it possible to configure this in hatch's config.toml?

Perhaps instead of unknown hatch could user git's user.name value if set?

My user.name has nothing to do with my github ID and I'll bet that's true for most people. Perhaps config.toml could have a setting for a default name to use instead of unknown.

In addition, it would be good if one could configure the default forge as well. To that end if settings similar to the following could exist in one's config.toml under the [template] section say:

[template]
name = <set if you want something different from git's user.name setting>
email = <set if you want something different from git's user.email setting>
default-forge = github
forge-username = <doolio>

Then valid [project.urls] could be constructed.
