Change in tagging scheme

Hello, I noticed that there is a https://github.com/pypa/setuptools-scm/releases/tag/setuptools-scm-v10.0.0 tag right now.

Did the project change its tagging scheme? Will future setuptools-scm tags be created with setuptools-scm-v* prefix or under the old scheme v*?
