Reason for request

I mistakenly registered my PyPI account with an incorrect email address (typo). The verification email could not be delivered ("hard failure during delivery"), and as a result I cannot verify my account, change the email, or delete the incorrect one.

I would like to recover or update the account with a valid email address so that I can verify it and use it to publish packages.
