[Bug]: C# Loader and Config (Shift + Click)

Testing the latest PR by @romangolev
The Shift+Click to access the config file seems broken,

⌨ Error/Debug Message

None, Missing Dot indicator next to the configurable tool, using the Shift+Click does not trigger the config.py script,

♻️ To Reproduce

1. Go to Pyrevit>Pick
2. The tool does not show the possibility of being configurable.
