Add Frames/Borders to PDFs

## **Brief**
You got a PDF with you but don't have borders/frames on the pages ?
Been there, done that !!
After scouring through the internet I found no such tool so I made one.

- **Input:** PDF File
- **Output:** Same PDF File with borders/frames added to all the pages.
