Pendulum documentation website has bug that has since been fixed on master

I did not see a link to a separate place for website fixes. Apologies if I missed it!

On the main documentation page (https://pendulum.eustace.io/docs/), there is a broken link.

"Supported strings for timezones are the one provided by the IANA time zone database." The link to the IANA database was changed in #237.

I am not sure how the docs are deployed or I would make a specific suggestion.
