Add a link from mypy's main documentation page to the wiki page

mypy's wiki page contains superb documentation. There are links to this page from the mypy-lang.org page and from the mypy repo page, but not from mypy's main (readthedocs.io) documentation page.

Imo, the wiki page deserves a prominent link in the sidebar of mypy's main documentation page.

With respect to this issue, justing adding https://mypy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ to the https://github.com/python/mypy/wiki just in the sidebar would work right?

@crocks4123 Yes. With a word or two explaining that these are code-level docs.

Done added main code-level doc https://mypy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ to https://github.com/python/mypy/wiki under documentation section heading since it makes more sense under docs. Kindly check and suggest if any changes needed. Is there anyway in which I can do a PR for this? That would really help me. Thanks.
