Markdown support on talks and sponsors' description

Allow markdown or RST support for writing the description of talks (dashboard) and description of sponsors (admin).

I may be wrong, but we may use github markdown flavor in textareas (save as markdown and render what is saved later, that is what we use here in redmine for love and joy of our devs)
