How to use custom data (.weight, .names, .cfg  file) 

Hi sir,
I run this project be fine on both CPU and GPU but I need using my data for detection object.
But I don't see where the config file(.cfg) it is. 
I'm newbie, Can you give some info to this custom . Thanks
