FR: color configuration

Impala currently hardcodes colors. This is unlike what most tui apps do, and has some obvious disadvantages

• People might like different color schemes. I, for instance, prefer to have red accent color for all my tui.
• There might be problems with the defaults in some configurations, e.g. Unreadable on light themed terminal #7.

Considering how easy it is to implement, I believe this is a must-have.

I don't believe it easy, but with things like Tinted Theming and Stylix out there, it would be a nice feature. The theme should be configurable, like Bat or Zellij provide.
