Separate the website in several tabs

Hello,

We want to "separate" the website's main page in the following tabs :

• All petitions : where the user can see all the petitions posted and eventually sort them (already existing on the main page)
• All victories : here are displayed all petitions that have reached their goal and have been marked "Victory" by their admin
• Add a petition : where the user could create a petition (already existing on the main page)
• Information's section, or "Who are we ?" section : where the website administrator could describe his organization and goals.
