No wheels for Python 3.12.9

Home Assistant running on Home Assistant OS uses Python 3.12.9, and when installing an integration that relies on cytoolz the installation fails due to wheels for cytoolz not being available.

Hey @ardevd, thanks for the report! Apologies for the delayed response.

Do you happen to know what os/platform was missing? CyToolz 1.1.0 was just released, which has 172 wheels, so I certainly hope whatever was missing is covered now 🤞
