Description

🐛 Describe the bug

When trying to install ExecuTorch via a terminal in a Google colab notebook it fails with the following error.

a -Wno-stringop-truncation -Wno-format-overflow -Wno-misleading-indentation -DPORTABLE_POSIX_MEMALIGN=1 -Werror -Wno-unused-function -Wsign-conversion
  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:727 (find_package):
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Torch" with any of
    the following names:

      TorchConfig.cmake
      torch-config.cmake

Add the installation prefix of "Torch" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"Torch_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "Torch"
provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
    installed.
