A better HUD menu for PyTorch repos family

Atm, HUD menu is very limited in space https://hud.pytorch.org where it could only show PT, Executorch, vision and audio. With the coming of many new repos already onboard to HUD, i.e. torchao, we need to redesign this part so that devs can quickly navigate though different repos that they are working on

I'm thinking grouping similar items into drop down lists could be a great way to achieve this
