[feature]: Performance, compile time tracking for Helion #7387
Description
@yangw-dev has added new improvements for Compiler Inductor Regression Tracking (https://hud.pytorch.org/benchmark/compilers_regression).
I'd like to request this to be enabled for Helion. We are interested in pass rate, Geometric mean speedup, and compilation time.
