Missing model training details in documentation

📚 The doc issue

Under references we are missing details of the model training setup for many of our models. The idea here is to fix that by

• Recovering the commands used to train all missing models (have a look to list them if possible)
• Add them on the references
• Update the meta-data on prototype to point to them.
