Unable to upload image from Chrome/Edge. But can upload from Firefox.

I have been facing this issue for many years now across different version of Q2A. I have the latest one now.

When I try to upload an image in Chrome/Edge I get the below error:

But I am able to upload from Firefox.

Is there any know fix or workaround?
