Not custom item names ERROR

I get ERROR for name, if i put something up without custom name
log:

Hi! This version of AuctionMaster has been abandoned, and there is no plan to take it back any time soon.
I am 80% sure the error is related to the fact the Utils are not updated to support newer versions of minecraft.
