Renaming instead of deleting

Hi everyone,
Say I have two folders with similar images, I tick one as the reference folder, find the matching ones in the other folder, and instead of deleting them i want to rename them according to the reference folder filenames.

Would it be possible? Or am I missing something and it is already doable?
